In accordance with the official directive of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, Conviction 2026 is organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Electronic Communications Association (EIC), co-organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Blockchain Association (HBA), and hosted by Ninety Eight. The event will take place at ThiskyHall Sala, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, on May 8–9, 2026, bringing together Financial Institutions, Institutional Investors, policymakers, and enterprises to drive measurable real-world impact beyond discussion.
